Terms of Service
What you get with a TrangoHub plan, what we ask of you, and how payment works.
1.Who we are and what these terms cover
TrangoHub is a hosted business platform developed and operated by Xelent Solutions ("Xelent", "we", "us"), a software company registered in Faisalabad, Punjab, Pakistan. These Terms of Service govern trangohub.com, every site we host for you on it (for example yourcompany.trangohub.com or your own domain pointed at it) and the TrangoHub software that runs them (together, the "Service").
By ordering a site, paying for a plan, or using a site we host for you, you agree to these terms. If you act for a company, you confirm you have authority to bind it.
2.Your site and your account
- Each plan buys one TrangoHub site with its own database, address and users. The person who orders it is its first administrator and may add other users up to the plan limit.
- You must give accurate details and keep them current. You are responsible for everything done on your site by your users, including your staff and the clients you invite to its portal. Keep passwords private and enable two-factor authentication.
- Site addresses under trangohub.com are allocated on request and remain ours; you may point your own domain at your site on plans that allow it.
- We may suspend a site that breaches these terms, is used unlawfully, sends spam, or threatens the security or performance of the Service.
3.Plans, payment and renewals
Plans are sold as monthly or yearly subscriptions, paid in advance. A site is built when its first payment is received. We do not offer free trials; every plan comes with the 30-day money-back guarantee in our Refund Policy.
- Card payments are processed by Paddle.com, our merchant of record. Paddle adds and remits any VAT or sales tax that applies in your country, issues the invoice and handles payment enquiries. Your purchase contract for payment purposes is with Paddle under Paddle's Buyer Terms.
- Customers in Pakistan may instead pay by bank transfer against our invoice, in Pakistani rupees, at the prices on our local list.
- Card subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each period unless cancelled before the renewal date from your site (System → Billing). Invoice customers are sent a renewal invoice before the period ends.
- A site whose paid period has ended keeps running for a short grace period, then is suspended until payment is received. Suspended sites are not deleted; see Section 8 for how long data is kept.
- We may change plan prices for future periods. Existing subscribers get at least 30 days notice by email before a change takes effect.
4.What the plan includes
- Hosting of your site, its database and files, daily backups, security updates and new releases of TrangoHub as we publish them.
- The modules and user limit of the plan you chose, as described on the pricing page at the time of purchase. Add-ons and extra user packs are priced separately.
- Setup help: configuring your pipeline and first project board with you, importing your existing contacts and deals from spreadsheets or your previous CRM, and training your team by video call.
- Support by email and WhatsApp in English and Urdu during Pakistan business hours, for questions about using TrangoHub. Custom development, integrations and work outside the product are quoted separately.
5.Your data
Everything you and your users put into your site — contacts, deals, projects, employees, payroll, invoices, documents, messages — is yours. We host it for you; we do not own it, sell it, or use it to train AI models.
- You can export your data at any time from within your site, and we will provide a full database export on request when a subscription ends.
- We access your site only to provide support you have asked for, to fix a fault, or where the law requires. Staff access is logged.
- You are responsible for the lawfulness of the data you store, including having the right to hold personal data about your contacts and employees, and for your own privacy notices to them. Our Privacy Policy describes what we do as your processor.
6.Acceptable use
- Do not use the Service for unlawful, infringing, defamatory, fraudulent or malicious purposes, or to send unsolicited bulk email or messages.
- Do not attempt to access other customers' sites, probe or overload the Service, or remove or circumvent plan limits.
- Do not resell access to your site or the Service without a written reseller agreement with us.
7.Availability and changes
We aim to keep the Service available at all times and schedule maintenance outside Pakistan business hours where we can, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. We may add, change or retire features; where a change removes something material you rely on, we will tell you at least 30 days in advance.
8.Ending the subscription
- You may cancel at any time. Your site runs until the end of the period you have paid for.
- After a subscription ends or a site is suspended for non-payment, we keep the site and its data for 90 days so you can export it or resume. After 90 days it is deleted from our systems, and from backups within a further 30 days.
- We may terminate a site immediately for a breach of Sections 2, 5 or 6, or where a chargeback is raised instead of using the Refund Policy. Terminated sites are not refunded.
9.Intellectual property
TrangoHub, its software, design, documentation, name and logos belong to Xelent Solutions and are protected by copyright and trademark law. Nothing in these terms transfers them to you. Your data, your documents and your branding remain yours.
10.Warranty and liability
The Service is provided "as is". Xelent does not warrant that it will be error-free or uninterrupted, or that it meets every regulatory requirement in your jurisdiction; payroll, tax and invoicing features are tools that you remain responsible for checking.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Xelent is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss, lost profits or revenue, lost data beyond what our backups restore, business interruption, or any fine or penalty imposed by an authority in connection with your use of the Service. Our total liability for all claims in any twelve-month period is limited to the fees you paid us for that period.
Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
11.Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. Material changes are emailed to site administrators at least 14 days before they take effect; continued use after that date is acceptance. The current version is always at trangohub.com/site/terms.
12.Governing law and contact
These terms are governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan, and the courts of Faisalabad, Punjab have exclusive jurisdiction, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protection you enjoy in your own country.
